Accountability Overview
Howe ISD uses the Academic Excellence Indicator System (AEIS)  to pull together a wide range of information on the performance of students in each school and the district every year. These reports also provide extensive information on staff, finances, programs, and demographics for each school and the district. All of these reports are among the many tools our district uses to meet the standards of the No Child Left Behind/ State Accountability laws/School Report Cards.

The Academic Excellence Indicator System (AEIS) was developed and is the responsibility of Division of Performance Reporting, a department of the Texas Education Agency.
